In his role as COO of Eaglestone Holdings, Grant is responsible to the CEO and private equity sponsors to execute on the company’s operational and growth objectives. He leads all aspects of the company’s operational and strategic functions including an add-on acquisition strategy, energy efficiency improvements, continued growth of service and maintenance services, and supporting the technology and automation initiatives of the company.  He has day-to-day responsibility for all Eaglestone Holdings operations as well as providing leadership in the development and implementation of the long-term strategy with the aim of growing the company’s top and bottom line with a critical focus on customer retention, service improvements, organic growth, acquisition identification, and continuous improvement. 

Prior to joining the Eaglestone leadership team, Grant served in executive leadership positions at a number of ENR Top 20 Construction Firms including Gilbane Building Company, where he served as senior vice president and business unit leader for the New York City office, overseeing business strategy and operations in support of the firm’s diverse portfolio of projects throughout the metropolitan area, and Lendlease, where as Head of Operations he oversaw key business initiatives and ventures for the Americas Construction Business and served as a member of its Executive Committee.  Prior to Lendlease, Grant worked for a number of years at Suffolk Construction as a project executive, Vice President of Operations Support, Nationally, and as the Chief Operating Officer of the New York Region.  While at Suffolk, Grant assisted in establishing their New York City presence and oversaw all governance, strategy, operations, non-operations business support, company advocacy, and brand expansion as well as serving as a member of Suffolk’s Management Committee.
